The Yang Di Pertuan Agong, Tuanku Abdul Halim Mu’adzam Shah, the King of Malaysia, presented the international-level Tokoh Ma'al Hijrah 1435 / 2013 award to Dr Zakir Naik for his significant service and contribution to the development of Islam.
The Government of Malaysia conferred the prestigious Tokoh Ma’al Hijrah 1435 / 2013 award on Dr Zakir Naik for his extensive contributions towards promoting the message of Islam at the international level and exemplary efforts for the Muslim Ummah in particular and the world at large.
